The 5th Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on Sunday 22nd November (see Events)
In accordance with the Club's Constitution 21 clear days clear written notice shall be given to every member by posting the notice on the Club Website - this has been done.
Members must advise the Secretary (RedMiniSuzy) in writing of any business to be moved at the Annual General Meeting at least 14 days before a meeting, that is Sunday 8th November
The Secretary shall post a notice for the agenda of a meeting on the Website not less than 7 days before the meeting -Sunday 15th November
If you have any business which you feel needs to be added to the Agenda please either reply to this discussion or email me direct by going to my members page and email from there.
I am happy to continue managing the 40sWN mobile phone list; those members that forward their information, will receive a copy of the list. The list is compiled for members to contact other members en-route, while away, which is why home numbers are not included.
I would like to suggest that this is how it continues i.e. 40sWN nickname, real name, mobile number, location (optional) and email (optional) are distributed only to those members who provide their details and that the list is used for no other purpose.
I have one technical problem, which I'm sure some will have noticed, that I cannot send a group list without all emails being listed. Is this a problem for members?
For new members: can they be signposted to contact walk leaders or fellow walkers via the 40sWN website? Via the membership confirmation? Especially if they have not forwarded their details to the distributed list or I have not been able to send a list 'on demand'.

I will not be in England on the date of the AGM so would not be able to attend.
Referring to the Club Constitution, above, sent me looking for it on the site. Either, it is on the site but I cannot find it - quite possible! Or, it is not on the site in which case would it be possible to put it on, as it was on the 'old' site.
Many thanks to Sue for a lovely walk.
So what’s a little mud between friends! Actually this almost hill free walk had it all! Good views, good company, rivers, and a superb coffee house café along the way! http://www.cedarfarm.net/ I think I’ll be going back here!
My personal highlight of the day!!!!! As if not to be beaten John Barrowman (Children in need on Friday) Perfect Pete exposed his spotted boxers to us all in the garden of the Back Bull! Ladies I can tell you Pete’s legs are every inch as fit as John’s ...........Where a camera when you need it?
