SNOWDONIA WALKING WEEKEND

Plan is to stay at the Clogwyn Mountaineering Hut friday and saturday night, the cost is £6pppn. The Hut is a great little place in the croesor valley. Grid Ref SH619428. Detailed directions etc can be found here www.clogwyn.org.uk
We will meet in The Bron pub, just down the road from the hut on Friday night from 9pm onwards.
The walks will be the migneint and arenig fach, and the glyders from Pen-y-Gwryd if the weather is okay. These walks are grade 2.
There maybe snow on the ground. If there is you will need ice axe and crampons. I have 2 spare ice axes and 2 spare sets of crampons if required. If you haven't done winter walking before, these walks are suitable as long as you have previous mountain walking experience and the right gear.
